📍 The Process: Step-by-Step

1. Arrive at Our Location
   We ask that you and your dog(s) visit us in person. You’ll be welcomed by Tara and Dave, who will guide you through the entire process.

2. Initial Introduction
   We’ll start by getting to know you and your pup. Then, we’ll bring out our dog, Lola, to see how your dog interacts in a calm, one-on-one setting.

3. Gradual Socialization
   If things go smoothly with Lola, we’ll slowly introduce one of our current daycare or boarding dogs. If everyone’s comfortable, we’ll gradually bring out a few more dogs—one at a time—to observe group interaction and play behavior.

4. Exploring the Space
   Once all the dogs are getting along happily, we’ll show you and your pup our indoor play and rest areas so you can see where your dog will spend their time.

5. Custom Care Discussion
   After the tour, we’ll chat about your dog’s specific needs, routines, and preferences to ensure we can provide the best possible care.

6. Account Setup & Communication
   If everything feels right for everyone, we’ll create your customer account. You’ll receive an app invite via text or email, or we can simply send daily updates and photos directly via text—whatever works best for you!

7. Future Bookings
   Once we confirm that your dog is a great match for our environment, we become super flexible with bookings—whether it's a single day of fun or an extended stay.
